GETTING STARTED
Straight forward and simple. This is where you set up your committee profile. Complete your committee profile to help things run smoothly.
This is where we ask for your committee contact details, how you wish to be paid and the terms and conditions of your event.
You can come back and edit this information at any time.
COMMITTEE DASHBOARD
Have the important things at your fingertips. The committee dashboard is loaded with everything secretaries and treasurers need to keep an eye on leading up to the event.
- Count - Tracking your total number of approved and pending nominations for each event.
- Payments - Summary of all payments. Pending, Paid, Refunds and Payouts.
- Timeline - Displaying a list of nominations & payments submitted for a quick glance to what is coming in.
- Waitlist - A list of the competitors that have been waitlisted.
CREATE & MANAGE DRAFTS
After entering all releveant information, such as the draft name, address, nomionation open and close dates, you can save as eithe PUBLISHED or UN-PUBLISHED. This gives you the opportunity to setup each event prior to publishing the draft.
Once your draft has finished, changing the status to “ARCHIVED” will remove informaton from public display but all records will stay in your account giving you access at any time.
NOMINATIONS
Accepting and managing all aspects of nominations has never been easier.
Your nomination screen displays an overview of all nominations submitted grouped within their Rider accounts. You can choose to filter by rider using the A-Z option or filter using the field on the left. You have the abolity to process manual nominations for any competitors unable to submit online.

Displaying all relevant information for the nominations submitted, you also have the capability to order competitors nominations in the order they wish to be drawn in. NOTE: Competitor also has ability to do this within their account.
Competitor Account Contact information has been provided within this screen for convenience of the committee. We have also provided an overview of “Rider Profiles” for all competitors nomination for you event within this single account.
PAYMENTS
All invoices processed on competitor side will appear in the payments section with the method that was used and the date.
We understand that sometimes mistakes are made or circumstances change, so you have the ability to update the payment status and information for any invoice.
Invoices are generated automatically once nominations have been approved. All invoices are updated automatically with any changes applied to original nominations during the lead up to the event.
Competitors will receive an email and instant notification when an invoice is due and ready for payment. The competitoris then to apply the payment method they will be using to the invoice. This then advises the committee.
If a rider has a refund owing to their account, this amount can be applied to an outstanding invoice. Example: If rider has an extra run on the day, this can be applied as the payment and if any money is owing the invoice will update and cancel out the refund.
DRAWS & SCORES
Generate your draws for each event. The app will disperse all multiple rider entries automatically. You have the ability to insert blank spaces into your draw or leave them out. You can also insert nominations from the waitlist, all on one screen.
Only your PAID nominations are eligible to be drawn. You can be super organised and have your draws done but not yet published. Until your draws are published they are not LIVE or available for members to see.
If you accept a nomination after the draws are published, we will advise where you can insert this run into the draw. This will NOT re number the draw. This way, your treasurer has record of the money owed or paid.
Live Scoring
If you are operating online, all members will have the ability to register for access to live, real time scoring.
Manual & Offline Scoring
We have printing options for all of your draws and score sheets. It is important to remember not everyone operates online.
